Wedding Pictures

In my last post I promised a few photos of James and Melinda Gardams wedding, so here they are.

This is the happy couple, Min wore a gown made by our own award winning designer we have working for us , Michael Klease. The gown is made from silk chiffon in a natural colour with a heavy silk satin underlining in platinun. The gown featured a twist of chiffon and diamontes over one shoulder and it was finished off with diamonte motifs on the shoulder as well as on the waist ruching. The whole effect was stunning, and as you can see Min made a absolutely gorgeous bride.

The above photos show the details of the gown.

This is Min and her two sisters. Her sister Pippa is also in Gardams fabric. It is one of our silk chiffon ombres, with a pale blue silk satin underlining. The style is so simple yet perfect for this type of fabric, it allows the full effect of the colour changes to show and belting it at the waist stops it from looking too "sacky".

Our last but not least photo is the happy couple with Ewan and Dorothy Gardam. Dorothy is also in a Gardams fabric (any surprises there). The fabric is a printed silk chiffon in an array of pastel tones in a very simple bias cut dress with a matching stole. The effect was perfect for a noosa wedding.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all our lovely customers a belated Merry Christmas, and a happy and safe 2011. We look forward to seeing you all in store soon and to continue
